Email verification not working

When I attempt to sign in I am prompted to enter a verification code sent to my email. When I enter said code: rather than completing the sign in process, the prompt goes back a page and tells me to send another code to my email. No error message, no indication that I've entered the code wrong, nothing. Just restarts the process, infinitely.
