Won't load without reinstall.

I having problems getting Minecraft for Windows to load more than once before needing to reinstall from scratch, uninstall the full Minecraft Launcher before reinstalling. I have ran the repair tools for the Xbox app and in the Xbox app for the Windows version. I do have visual bugs when I can get it to load. Error message screenshots are below along with what I see in the Marketplace and I see similar in the Dressing Room. When it does load it runs somewhat normally except the visual bugs in the customization areas.
