[MCL-2397] will not load, update, or open game

Short Moderator Note

There is currently no fix for this as this is an actual "problem" with the download servers.
This does not affect clients which are already downloaded and up-to-date.
There is currently not ETA on a fix.

the launcher screen opens but that's about it, it will not let me update past 1.3.11 and it will not open the game anymore when i press play, i recently update my java to make sure that was not out of date, when i press play it has a loading bar for about five seconds and then the loading bar disappears and absolutely nothing happens
