Constant graphic bug in launcher

On launching after 10-20 sec happen this (look image). Reinstalling Minecraft doesn't help. PC component are not the problem (CPU i7-2600, 16gb ram, GTX 1050 Ti). Latest drivers are installed. Everything else is working fine.
