When I press "Play" button, it errors

I click "Play" button and it starts to open the game flawlessly. But when it comes to "Finalizing" and close the tab, it reopens the tap and says "Game crashed. An unexpected issue occured in the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please figure it out. PLEASE!!
