Minecraft Live Vote Cape Given to Wrong Account in Legacy Launcher

While logged into multiple accounts in the Legacy Minecraft Launcher, Minecraft Live Vote/Cherry Blossom Cape was given to the incorrect account as a reward for voting.  

What I expected to happen was...:
Cape should've been given to the account that was selected/in use while vote was cast

What actually happened was...:
Cape was given to a different account which was logged in, however, not selected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be logged into multiple accounts using the Legacy Minecraft Launcher (In this instance both accounts had been logged in for multiple months)

• - The selected account (which the cape should've been given to) shows as logged in both as a Microsoft Account and Mojang Account, the alternate account only shows as logged in as a different Microsoft account

2. Vote using the primary selected account ("Bobbyct") during Minecraft Live via the launcher

3. Cherry Blossom reward cape is given to the incorrect account ("Bbbu"), which was not selected while voting, instead of the selected account ("Bobbyct").

 

Additional Information:

Maybe another possibility could be if the legacy launcher registered the vote itself as the wrong account?
