Cherry Blossom Cape problem

Technically for the mob vote you are awarded with the "Cherry Blossom Cape" when you vote. The thing is, I'm pretty sure I voted since I own 3 minecraft accounts and have voted with each of them, I have the capes on 2 of them but the one I use the most and the one that is my main account I didn't get the cape. I do not know if it is a delay or a forgetfulness or if perhaps my vote has not been registered correctly but I would love to have it in that account, also to solve the problem/doubt is enough. thank you very much! =)
