Exit Code -1073740791

Every time the game is opened it moves at 1 fps. When closes it gives exit code -1073740791. My graphics cards are up to date and I have no screen recording apps. For the first couple of times the issue was fixed after I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. That isn't working anymore.
