Can't open Minecraft when offline on MacOS

I'm on Ventura 13.4 (22F66) and want to play offline. When I start the launcher it keeps asking me to have access to "mojangAccessToken" which can't be accessed while offline.

Sorry my computer is in French but it's pretty easy to understand.

The worst is when I click "Toujours autoriser" ("Always autorise") and then go offline the launcher tries to access the token, but can't and try again and goes on an infinite loop which completely put my computer out of use and have to restart it.

Reproduce
1. Install Minecraft on MacOS
2. Connect while online and "always autorise" access to "mojangAccessToken"
3. Close the launcher
4. Go offline
5. Open the launcher
6. You can't use your Mac anymore and have to restart it (:

If you don't "always autorise" access but just "autorise" once it will keep asking you while offline but while not work and you wont be able to start the launcher.

I don't think it is a duplicate of MCL-21048 since it doesn't really care about offline.
