Minecraft launcher won't start minecraft

I wanted to play minecraft after a while, but the launcher won't start minecraft at all. At first i thought it was because of the outdated java version, so i updated it and still nothing happens. I've been searching for the solutions through google and nothing works. Here's the list that I tried :

1) Reinstalling Java versions - nothing happens

2) Redirect minecraft launcher - can't do it because it was not saved in C:\ProgramsFiles(x86) rather on C:\Xboxgames\Minecraft Launcher

3) Reinstall minecraft - i deleted ...\Roaming\.minecraft , and installed a clean minecraft and still having the same problem

4) Update graphic driver - no progress

5) Disabling mods - i have no mods, because i can't even play it
