Infinite loading when trying to connect to microsoft account in java launcher

Since a couple of days, my launcher is loading infinitely when I try to connect to my microsoft account.

I tried to use Mojang account, and was not stuck.

I tried the following :

• waiting 15 minutes

  - restarting the launcher

  - rebooting connection

  - rebooting pc

  - disabling antivirus

  - delete all .minecraft files and reinstalling everything
