MC Launcher not opening...

I cannot open my minecraft launcher - it doesn't do anything, and after around 5-10 minutes it shows "Application Not Responding". I tried to go to Contents and Minecraft Updater, but when I click it, it just shows what you can see on the screenshot below

 

If you are wondering how it looks like - I click on the Minecraft icon, then it jumps in my dock (the animation for opening), it stops after 5-10mins - shows application not responding and that's all.
