Minimum size of window is too large

Issues:

When restored and on a 1920x1080 display with Windows set to 150% scale (the default on my laptop), Minecraft Launcher consumed the entirety of the display and gets cut off by the Windows taskbar. Maximizing the window makes it usable. 

Expectations:

I also use an app called Sizer that lets me resize the Modrinth App to be smaller than it lets me. I set most of my windows to be 1440x900 (at 150% scale) which is 960x600 (at 100% scale). I set some windows to be even smaller. I could reproduce this without the app running though.
