Launcher wants me to buy Minecraft again and gives an error when trying to login to Microsoft Account

So basically Im from Poland and i can't play minecraft because it want me to buy it again
When i turn ON vpn i can normally launch it and play, site and launcher see that I have bought it

Launchers using oauth like multimc, prism redirecting to login.live.com which is blocked for me, error: The request is blocked (Attachment)
Launchers like feather client and lunar, badlion, saying that i dont have minecraft on my account but with vpn on i can login without any issues.
this bug affects all computers and phones on my network
It's doesnt matter where i connect on vpn, it can be Poland, or other country, it looks like my ip is just banned or something
