Game crashes on startup due to system language.

I get an error saying "Error: java.dll not found" followed by "Error: Could not find Java SE Runtime Environment."

 

Earlier I had changed my system language to Japanese, already having minecraft installed and working. After the system language change the game would not launch. I tried uninstalling, removing the .minecraft folder and reinstall the game, but it still didn't launch.

 

It doesn't seem as if the launcher takes into consideration what system language is used when installing the game. Switching my system language back to Swedish fixes the problem and the game launches.
