Whenever I open minecraft from the launcher, after loading, it crashes with the error code 77.

A few days ago, I had a few programs open, and I opened minecraft from the launcher. Naturally, it crashed. However, I tried again with no other programs open, and it repeated the issue multiple times. After restarting my pc, nothing changed. After spending some time looking for a post about it, I figured the quickest and most straightforward way to fix this would be to uninstall and reinstall minecraft launcher.

However, this made no difference. After a lot more research, I decided to create a post of my own to try to fix this issue once and for all. I would really like some help, and I will try provide any excess information (to a certian degree) I can. Thanks!
