Launcher Installations get cleared after shutdown

All minecraft installations (Except default profiles) get erased after computer reboot

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Launcher
2. Make a new installation
3. load the installation
4. force power off your pc (While Minecraft is running, hold down the power button)
5. Turn the computer on
6. Open Launcher
7. All installs are gone

NOTE: I only got this to work on Windows. I don’t know if it works on Linux
