I want to install minecraft bedrock but the download won't start

When I want to download it from: Microsoft store or Xbox does not start, On Xbox it shows the following error code: 0x00000001 which I have already tried to solve, also try to download it using the launcher, but in this it only stays as "Waiting for the Installation" and nothing happens.
