I've tried everything but only bedrock will not install

I've tried updating my windows, updating the launcher, update all xbox componets, i opened up my software protection and anti-virus, ive been able to install bedrock preview edition and all other minecraft versions ive signed out and signed back in and ive restarted my pc, ive cleared all token cache and ive made sure all services are running
