On the changelog page, uncheck "Release" and "Snapshot" to display all versions

Unchecking "Official Version" under "Change Log" will display all official versions, while only checking "Snapshot" will only display the corresponding snapshot version, and unchecking both at the same time will display all versions.
I think it could be modified like this:
First: Prevent users from unchecking both options
Second: Do not display content when both options are unchecked
