When i already made a profile it asked for it again so i put it in and it said Cannot create profile [RESOLVED]

when i went back to playing minecraft (in a long time) and it said to create a profile (even tho i already did) so i put my old one in and it said cannot create profile, i tried other names too and it didn't work.
