When i try to log in on the launcher with microsoft it forces me to log in to an email that got hacked so i bought a new one and i cant change the account

when i try to log in to my new account the old mail is already in and i have to type the password but my mail got hacked so i cant log in and i bought a new account and i cant seem to find any place to press to change mail on the login a "xbox" tab opens up with microsoft inlogg thats where i cant seem to change the mail
