When i try to launch minecraft through the launcher i get an error saying that i am missing an oshi-core-6.2.2.jar file.

When i try to launch minecraft though the minecraft launcher i get an error saying this: 
Failed to download file.

ive tried restarting the launcher, redownloading java, resetting my pc and i have malwarebytes which is fine according to mojang to i dont know what to do
