Minecraft asks me to buy the java and bedrock versions when I already buy them

On June 7, 2023, I talked to the Microsoft service about a code for minecraft java and bedrock that I gave to a friend. However, when searching in your account, it does not appear to download or obtain it, only buy the version when the code was already exchanged for it that day. When talking to support, they told me that the application is in the account, but it doesn't exist. When entering the minecraft launcher, it indicates that you have to buy the 2 previously redeemed versions and you can only play the demo.
