Loading screen stuck on sign in page

Hey so basically when I try to login from my microsoft account in the minecraft launcher, it gets stuck on the loading screen of you know where the allays spin and stuff, and the loading screen goes on forever like its been loading for about 2 hours I tried reinstalling the minecraft launcher and all that kind of stuff nothing seems to work
