Error when launching minecraft - java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no zip in java.library.path

I tried to launch minecraft, when an error popped up with exit code 1. I have not done any modification of minecraft files prior to this, and after this, i tried reinstalling minecraft. Did not help. When i opened the output log, i found this:

This was on version 1.8.9. When i launch 1.19.4, the output log doesnt do anything.
