Error Code 1

I have been doing modding recently and I get kicked because of error code 1. I have been trying all possible solutions and nothing works. I got a new laptop recently and that is where the code was popping up... On my old laptop, everything was fine but here I cannot avoid it i have tried re-installing Java, Minecraft, and curseforge but nothing works.
