Minecraft Launcher opens, but an unexpected issue occurs every time I open it.

Every time I attempt to launch Minecraft, the launcher does this (image below) and it occurs for every tab that would usually launch a game (not the news or account tab). I have tried everything I can to fix this: reinstalled the launcher, updated drivers, restarted my pc multiple times, nothing works.
