I can't open my Minecraft launcher

I downloaded the Minecraft Launcher in the XBox-App. Everytime i try to start the MC Launcher, there comes the error message: "Minecraft Launcher couldnt be updatet.". When i start the MC Launcher as an Administrator there is a different error message:  "Failed to initialize GDK, please make sure Xbox App and Gaming Services are up to date and running."

I rebootet/reset my Windows, and after it this error came. Before my reboot Minecraft wasnt working because there was a runtime file missing. Tahts why i reset Widnows in the first place, yet Minecraft still doesnt work.
