Article URL does not changed with language

When you change the language of your Minecraft Launcher, the links to the articles on the Minecraft launcher should also change.

Reproduction:

1. Set Minecraft Launcher language to anything. Ex. French
2. Go to articles.
3. Click on a article.
4. The article link isn't for the French site.

Expected link:
https://www.minecraft.net/fr-fr/article/mob-menagerie--allay

Actual link:
https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/mob-menagerie--allay
