When Minecraft Legends is installing, other Minecraft games cannot be launched as they are "Waiting on install"

I own a license to Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, and have access to Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Legends through my Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription.
