Minecraft launcher downloads every time start the game.

Every time I start the game in Minecraft Launcher for preparation, it begins downloading 1.78MB, downloads to 1.7MB some how goes back down to 800KB, then exits the download size and downloads 2.69MB, and then stops like that for 5 minutes before entering the game.

i'm using curseforge app for loading mods
