Cannot install the Minecraft Launcher for Windows 10/11 (error: 8007065E)

So, I downloaded the launcher for Win 10/11 directly in the Minecraft website. But, when I execute the installation program, it tries to install the launcher, but finally I've got this error: 8007065E. Can someone help me please
