Does not allow me to log in

I logged out of my profle, and it does not allow me to log into my profile anymore. When I enter my username and password in the Minecraft Launcher I get the following message:

"Sorry but we could not connect to one of our servers. Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not blocked (Socketexception: Permission denied:connect)"

I am online, so that is not the issue.
