Unable to login in macOS mojave [0x89235100]

What happen:

when I clicked the microsoft login an error will appear:

Error Code: 0x89235100 code: Deep Ocean. Something went wrong in the login process. For more information, go HERE or contact Customer Support directly.

 

I have no idea how to reproduce it
