Can't edit my instalation settings

When I try to edit my instalations by pressing the three dots button, doesn't appears the context menu with the options to edit the instalation. It seems to only work when I toggle between the full monitor and windowed form, and besides, it appears top left of the window, not below the mouse as it used to do.
