Problem with microsoft store account

When I click play botton it dont open and show a "error code:1"

When Launchers start a message told the account in launcher and microsoft store are not the same, but they are, I try to uninstall, log out and log in testing with differents account and nothing, I cant play.

I am also logged in Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account.

 

Well I solve just opening the launcher with administrator permission
