I cant install minecraft

Hello, 

So i just bought the minecraft java and bedrock edition and i was looking for it but it just left me upset with it. I don't know why but i searched google for my issue and i came across really rare. So i need your help about this please. 

My issue is i downloaded minecraft luancher but it is failing to open. It is just giving me an error.

"Failed to initialize GDK, please make sure Xbox App and Gaming Services are up to date and running." 

-I tried to uninstall, reboot pc, download again, and many things. Nothing worked for me. My apps are up to date and my windows 11 is up to date as well. There is no update for it and my graphics are as well.
