Installing MC Bedrock on Windows 10 Via the Launcher - Stuck at either Idle/Error/Downloading 0 / 1B

When attempting to install Minecraft Bedrock using the Windows 10 Minecraft Launcher, the download bar displays one of 3 things: 'Error', 'Idle', or 'Downloading 0 / 1B'.
Tried reinstalling the launcher, restarting the PC, logging in and out of my Xbox account via the Microsoft Store. Can't play (install) the game.
I've used 3 different launchers: The one available online, the Minecraft Launcher from the Microsoft Store, and the Minecraft Launcher for Java & Bedrock Editions from the Microsoft Store. None work. I am, however, able to install and play the Java version.
