Despite following all the steps outlined in the help document, Minecraft is still not loading.

Following my purchase of Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC - Base Game, the application functioned properly for a few days. However, now when I attempt to open it by selecting Minecraft Launcher, the application fails to launch.

I attempted the following steps:

• Rebooted the machine several times.
• Utilized the App Settings to try repairing and resetting the application multiple times.
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the application several times.

Despite taking all the aforementioned actions, Minecraft is still not loading. It is exasperating to note that my son hasn't been able to use the application for the past week.
