Minecraft Won't Launch

Upon launching, it will just send me back to the launcher, with the message: "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Exit Code: 77" 

This is using the latest release (1.19.3). I have already tried restarting my computer.
