A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment

I've been trying to fix a Java Runtime Error and I have no clue how to fix it. I've reinstalled Minecraft, uninstalled and installed Java at least 3 times, and updated all of my drivers. 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft
2. The homepage loads
3. Click on a world
4. Either the game crashes or I get a BSOD within 2 minutes of trying to run around in-game

Observed Results:

If I move in the world, it will play anywhere from 5 seconds to 2 minutes tops. If I stand still, it will run just fine. I get a BSOD or kicked back to the Launcher with a message saying "Exit Code 1" if I move around at all. Some BSOD error messages I've got are IRQL and System Service Exception. This only happens when I'm playing Minecraft. I've tried this with and without Optfine installed and I still get the error with vanilla or modded. 

 

Expected Results:

The game should open and not crash when I'm playing.
