Unable to launch java edition version of minecraft

as i try to launch the java version of minecraft to play in multiplayer mode, I wait as the launcher prepares and get this error:

 

 

 

and as i click "OK" i get redirected back to the launcher site and met with this error code:

 

 

i have so far tried to uninstall and reinstal;, the game, the launcher and java both individually before restarting the system and all at once. nothing seem to work. what on earth am i supposed to do?
