Launcher gives error message regarding account region settings

I bought the minecraft java and bedrock edition.

But it does not allow me to play java edition and only shows play demo button.

And also it shows a red error message on the right top corner of the launcher that says

"There may be a problem with your account region settings that could impact your ability to access your games. For information on how to update these settings,"

 

I have checked all my accounts to be in US where I live.
