report a bug when i download the launcher

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I am facing with my Minecraft installation on my computer. When I try to launch the launcher, I am getting the following error message: "Couldn't load launcher core from C:Users\tomic\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.4297127D64EC6_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\game\launcher.dll: LoadErrorNotPresent".

I have already tried several solutions, such as deleting the game cache, re-installing the game, checking the version of Java installed on my computer, and restarting the computer, but the issue persists.

I am a big fan of Minecraft and I would be very grateful if you could help me fix this bug so that I can enjoy the game again. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
