Problem with Optifine

Hi, when I put the latest Optifine download into the mod Folder, my 1.19.3 version just crashes with the message -            Can this be fixed somehow...
The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.ModLoadingException: Forge (forge) encountered an error during the common_setup event phase
