Java Error: System could not find path specified

Whenever I open the launcher an error occurs. The title is "Launch4j" and the message says:
"The registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Installation or the runtime is corrupted
The system cannot find the file path specified

"

Ninja Edit: Before it is suggested that I re-install JRE7, I've already tried that.
