Installed Minecraft Launcher, Unexpected Issue keeps occuring.

Ok so basically I decided to get MC back and after doing some requesting with Agents, They gave me a link to a launcher. I installed it, and then logged in. But after Logging in I keep getting the same error when Re-opening my Launcher:
