Minecraft keeps crashing with exit code 1 and the message A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:

This crash happens regardless if I'm playing vanilla Minecraft or Minecraft with mods. I have the latest version of Java downloaded, I factory reset my computer, I uninstalled Minecraft and Java and reinstalled them and I still run into this crash. Whenever I do crash I reset my computer straight after and the crashing stops completely. It isn't until I shut the computer down and boot it back up does the crashing continue.
