Why can't Minecraft load?

Dear Mojang, can you help me with this? I've downloaded the launcher and when I click the demo button, minecraft java won't open, and a crash report appears. Please help me.  I'm on Windows 10. Thanks. You're the best.  hs_err_pid9036.log
